We charge 200 PKR for deliveries in PAKISTAN, deliveries for orders over 5000 PKR will fall under 'Free Shipping'.
SHIGAR has a strict no return policy. Items once purchased, cannot be returned unless found to be of defective quality. For return requests due to quality issue, SHIGAR will issue a full refund of the item(s) in the form of store credit to the customer, which can be used for any future purchase.
You may exchange any item bought from SHIGAR within 15 days of receiving it. The item must not be worn, altered or washed. Also, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packing with the invoice.
Our standard shipping time is 3-5 working days after confirmation of the order.
We ship only in PAKISTAN
Most of our items are custom-made according to the customer sizes which are selected during the time of ordering, but you cannot order a seperate design or fit from our catalogue.
